  • I question the replacement time for utility transformers.

    My construction experience has been a lead time of 6-8 months now. Most of that is actual manufacturing time, I imagine it will be substantially longer in the event of multiple failures.

    Thanks for sharing your experience. This info came from others, but how large a transformer are you usually acquiring?

    Am interested in improving the info shared, but in any case, I think we can all agree that months without power would be significant disruption.
