Joseph Marvin, President, Prime Solutions Group, Inc (PSG), is a research and development systems engineer with 20+ years of experience in both government and industry. He has served the NRO as an Air Force acquisition officer as well as a chief systems engineer and program manager for several complex programs including the Space Based Radar program. His primary focus areas have been in space to ground interfaces, user interfaces and ground processing. Joe is the owner and president of PSG, a Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) located in Goodyear, AZ.
Joe’s experience and interest in systems engineering of complex systems has led the PSG research agenda toward autonomous systems, complex adaptive systems and robotics decision support systems. This research thrust resulted in STTR innovative research in Uncertainty Characterization and Quantification (UCQ). The sponsor, MDA, enabled this research agenda to expand our efforts to include complex SoS and architecture research.
He holds a MS in Engineering Science from Northrop University, Los Angeles, CA, and a BS in Engineering Science, from Arizona State.
