Mr. Don Simon holds a B.S. degree from Youngstown State University and an M.S. degree from Cleveland State University, both in electrical engineering. He has over 30 years of experience in aerospace propulsion controls and diagnostics and is currently supporting research in electrified aircraft propulsion controls ongoing under NASA’s Advanced Air Transport Technology (AATT) Project. Mr. Simon’s specific research interests are in aircraft engine performance diagnostics and performance estimation.
